We are OPEN!  Your safety continues to be our NUMBER ONE PRIORITY. We have implemented new safety measures to ensure our clinic and services are as safe as possible.

1. The washroom door will be kept unlocked to eliminate the need to handle the washroom door key.
2. The office will be disinfected after each patient, including seats, counters, door knobs, debit machine, and other high traffic/touch areas.
3. The treatment tables, equipment, and rooms will be thoroughly disinfected after each treatment.
4. The office is equipped with hand sanitizer for all patients. We ask that patients wash their hands before and after each treatment.
5. “Physical distancing” scheduling will be implemented. We have specific early times for seniors and those that request early times. We will schedule appointments in a manner that eliminates waiting times. Only families will be allowed to wait in the office at one time. If you arrive early for your appointment, you will be asked to kindly wait in your vehicle in the parking lot and you will be called once the office has been prepared for your visit.
6. We ask that you attend the visit with as few personal items (bags, heavy coats etc.) as possible.
7. Cups for water will be handed out upon request.
8. Only disposable gowns will be used. All pillows have hypoallergenic vinyl pillow protectors that can be easily disinfected. We continue to use a reputable linen service to launder massage therapy linens.
9. Table paper to cover the treatment tables is available for your safety and comfort. In addition, all tables will be equipped with face paper as an extra layer of protection.
10. Your statements can be emailed to you after each visit.
11. Each patient will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms or possible exposure prior to booking.
     

Re-usable face masks will available for purchase at the clinic (limited quantity) at a cost of $12.00. If you wish to reserve a mask, kindly email me.
What we are doing to keep the therapists safe:

1. All staff will remain in their respective offices to comply with physical distancing rules.
2. Hand sanitizer is available in all treatment rooms. Therapists will wash their hands after each treatment.
3. Therapists will have access to disposable gloves to disinfect the treatment rooms, table, and equipment.
4. Therapists will treat with surgical masks. Therapists have face shields for added protection when needed.
5. The front desk is equipped with a germ shield (similar to what grocery stores use for cashiers) to protect the front office area.
